| With the fast development of information industry,various data expands with unbelievable speed.But if data overflows or loses control,enterprises will be suffered enormous pressure nowadays.In this case,more and more enterprises make use of information technology to process data and enhance efficiency.A digital management system(DMS) for performance parameters of marine diesel engine based on Justep X3 software platform and SQL Server database is introduced in this paper.In this system,the business information can be shared between different departments of the manufacturer by the extensible work-flow in the procedure of the installation,fixing,testing of the engines.The implementation of the system is helpful for the digital management of the diesel engine manufacturing.The primary work is as follows.1) According to user's demand and work features,the database and system are designed.The whole system is divided into four subsystems,which are basic information management,test management,technique serve and test fault diagnosis and coaching.2) The server application of test management subsystem has been developed. There are three modules in the subsystem:pre-test report,detail test and performance analysis.By those modules,different types of information,such as digital information, photoes,CAD diagrams,compressed files and so on,are processed and shared during the whole test procedure.3) The load characteristics curve of diesel engine is plotted by two arithmetic in performance module,cubic spline in data fitting and least square method,to meet different precision needs.4) Plot function of performance module is tested by black box testing,which can indicate the system's rationality and reliability.5) Based on the DMS,different engine malfunctions under different grades are calculated by the simulation software,AVL BOOST.After diesel engine work process numerical model is built up,the simulation result is compared with test data,which indicates the relationship between engine malfunctions and abnormal thermal parameters.Thus useful reference for marine diesel engine fault diagnosis is provided. |
