The Study On The Key Technology And Control Software Of The Electric Apparatus Testing System Of Locomotive

The thesis consists of three parts , which is based on the study of the developing progress of testing system of locomotive electric apparatus.In the first part , the design demands for the testing system of locomotive electric apparatus are analyzed . First, the indispensable parameters and the function specifications which need testing are given in the paper on the basis of the function specifications that are regulated in every kind of locomotive electric apparatus in repairing period issued by railway ministry. The arrangement method and testing operation mode of the testing system are introduced and the function demands of the control software are provided , too.In the second part , the plan and technology specifications of the testing system of the locomotive electric apparatus are provided , at the same time , the hardware component and the design of controlling software are introduced . On the basis of the function demands of the controlling software, the software is made up of three modules: the system initiation module, electric apparatus parameters testing module, data handling module. The system initiation module mainly solves the system automatical self-test and initiation of the intelletual testing module; the independent testing function of the parameters of the electric apparatus can be realized by the electric apparatus parameters testing module ;data handling module can include the following factions :visiting the database , storing the parameters of testing process , exchanging data and printing the result data . The modules connection among the hardware system and among the software modules and between the software and hardware are introduced , At the end of the part, the control panel of the testing system and its running setting is simply described.In the third part , the controlling software is introduced in detail and the imitating software is involved too. First the testing progress between he start relay of the electric motor and the main contactor is discussed in detail. In addition , the imitating program of the controlling software how to display the testing progress on the personal computer is introduced too.The system solves the problem that one device can control many parameters testing. It can complete auto-test and auto-data-collection of acting time difference between the 8 contract resistances and 6 switches without debugging the power by hand . Serial communication program can automatically transmit the testing data and information to the upper computer after the data testing. The application of the testing device of the locomotive electric apparatus indicates that the controlling software discussed in the paper can meet all kinds of auto-test demand .
