With the further development in technology of reliability, the statistical arithmetic for the reliability testing data shows more importance than before. Along with the deeper study on the reliability testing and testing equipments, varieties of testing methods and fail data emerge as the times require, naturally the former analytic method would probably not satisfy us when the condition changes. The inapposite statistical arithmetic would clag the development of reliability technology undoubtedly.Due to the improvement of reliability life of electric apparatus, little fail data and zero fail data would be obtained easily in the life testing. A modificatory MLE model has been put forward to reduce the estimate error of reliability characteristic parameter in case of the little fail data. A Bayes method and a classic method have also been put forward in this paper, which are used to estimate the reliability characteristic parameter in case of the zero fail data.An accelerated life testing under invariable stress is often used to test the average life of those highly reliable and costly electric apparatus. Two new methods have been put forward to estimate the reliability characteristic parameter.A software package has been developed to process the data obtained from reliability testing for electric apparatus. It consists of both the determination of failure distribution and the estimation of reliability characteristic parameter. |
