Electric Locomotive(including EMU) for each running back must be carried out the servicing work.In the whole process of preparing operations,the operation must be quarantined areas without electricity,that is,before the reorganization operations,the catenary be rated at 27.5 KV will be disconnected through the disconnectors,then connect ground wire.When the operation was completed,the first removed ground wire and then closed the disconnectors.How to achieved this process of network-based automatic control,to ensure the personal safety of maintenance staff,equipment safety and the identity confirmation of operation staff,those are the main contents of the thesis.From the topics outlined in this paper,system solutions,processes,systems design and implementation of hardware,system software design,system debugging,the architecture of the Electric Locomotive Servicing Work Safety Supervision and Network Control System based on fieldbus is introduced.First of all basis for the fieldbus theory,the single master monitoring system network model be established based on PROFIBUS-DP,using S7-315-2DP master station, S7-226PLC as a slave station connect to DP bus through EM277 modules.The network structure of the system over all plan including monitoring layer,control layer and perform layer,was established,by the security-oriented design ideas;the online and offline workflow of servicing work be also designed.Secondly,the network control hardware system based on the PROFIBUS-DP agreement be developed;six sub-systems or modules be designed and developed,include the motorcycle parking position detection,RF ID cards for operations management modules,voice prompt and typing and LCD display subsystem,the isolation switch of ground-between Safety interlock control system,the output isolation switch control and image acquisition module, and on this basis,to analyze and elaborate the function of the communications,network configuration,the cycle time of DP bus.Next,the software design of the servicing work safety supervision system for Electric Locomotive was studied.The network configuration of master station and slave station are implemented;The software system of ID cards operating management module be developed;uses interface interrupts to implement multi-task scheduling mechanism;in software system,correlative communication protocols be established includes communication of both master station and slave station,slave station PLC and ID operation and communication of both slave station PLC and microcontroller system;and finally the data security of the servicing work software system for electric locomotive were discussed. Finally,software and hardware of the system were debugged in laboratory and result showed that the Servicing Work Safety Supervision System for Electric Locomotive,based on PRIFIBUS-DP agreement,could achieve the development objective of topic.To a certain extent,ensured the security and efficiency of electric locomotive in the course of servicing work.The successful application of research results will thoroughly change the current situation-in the majority of locomotive depot,the operations of the isolation switch and the ground-operation is still using the traditional manual mode.
