Facing the rapid development of the information revolution, everyone and every department is experiencing "digital life". "Digital life" is changing all respects of life quietly. So society is demanding urgently the modernization of the Agricultural machinery safety supervision(AMSS). This make it urgent for the intercommunication and management of the AMSS to realize modernization and network. Now the AMSS has been popularized in several provinces and cities of our country, including HeBei province and others.But the existing system software can t still satisfy the requirement of the AMSS. The main reason cannot reach the most genuine interface friendship, strong function, easy operation and practicability. So it has important practical signification to design and develop the AMSS.This subject adopts Visual FoxPro 6.0 that is prevailing software developing instrument, using the develop method that faces the object and Jackson method. Basing on the analysis of the demand of the AMSS, according to the distribution character of the management organization, the information process of the AMSS and it's network layout in our country, the whole system is divided into six subsystems梩he management of motor vehicle, the management of driver, the management of accidental files, the management of financial surveillance, the management of surveillance personal and the management of transaction write. This system designs different function modules, different level's character and differentuser's quality for level's user. It also supplies specific information for different level's subsystem. In order to be convenient for unified management of the information, this system executes the unified management.The outcome of examination proves the design and development of the MIS of AMSS is successful. Compare to other software, the system software has served basal functions-found database, modify , revise, add , edit, browse, delete, recovery, index, inquiry and report information. Outside the function, the system has several other special function-friendly screen that through elaborate guide design, system help makes user master this system easily; Safe protection function, the information is safer, there are authorities that are graded, The entrance guard of password; the data maintenance that can copy or backup data to disk, also can output or read in data from the superior sever through the phone dial mode. If can receive Internet, it can transmit the data file and realize long-range data share.This dissertation advances the research in the domain to a higher lever and supplies the powerful tool for scientific management of the AMSS in the future.
