With the development of computer, computer is very important in every field. It can be used not only in calculation and office automation but also in real-time control and real-time data-processing, it means to be used to control and test the physical procedure. At the sixty last century, in the signal-processing field, process signal using data method is developed quickly. In the electrical appliance test, computer is used to reappear the waveform and calculate the parameters.In this paper, a high-speed acquisition system that measuring electrical appliance test's parameter is described. It can acquire the voltage on the test appliance and current in the circuit. And it can see these electrical signals as its input and calculates based on the data and gives the parameters and waveform that user needed. The parameters we can get through calculation include power factor, Joule's integral, available value, maximal value, minimum value, time constant etc. Recently, there are many scholar is studying the algorithm that calculate the parameter using test data, but many of them adopt the heuristic method, not using the test data directly.This paper references to many technical documents associated, analysis the traditional calculation of electrical appliance parameters, and proposes the digital calculate method using test data directly. The study of high-speed acquisition system of electrical appliance test parameter has very important practical value.
