Pulse wave velocity measurement based on waveform analysis is non-invasive,cheap, widely used for clinical.Aortic pulse wave velocity is an independent predictor of cardiovascular,but difficult to obtain by waveform analysis method, usually replaced by carotid-femoral PWV,brachial-ankle PWV and heart-femoral PWV approximatively.At present, cfPWV,baPWV,hfPWV are widely used at home and abroad,but their differences have not been well studied,it's necessary to compare them with aoPWV obtained by other method,distinguish their reliability and scope of application.To solve these problems,we need equiment to obtain cfPWV,baPWV and hfPWV, in this text,we bring forward a non-invasive pulse wave detection system based on wave form analysis method, acquire ECG,heart sound and multi-pulse wave signals simultaneously, calculator the three PWV accurately by dedicated software, provide a basic experimental platform for following studies.The main works we completed is as follows:(1)Multi– PWV obtain method based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis.We analysised widely used index of non-invasive PWV obtation equipments and their principles, methods, clear our goal, propoised a multi - PWV obtation program based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis.(2)Hard design of the multi-PWV obtation system based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis.In details,we analysised and described the design of the multi-PWV obtation system based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis,generation mechanism and obtation methods of pulse wave,ECG and PCG,designed their hardware circuits according to the features of signals,controller carry out AD conversion,and data communication with CAN bus.(3) Soft design of the multi-PWV obtation system based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis.Detials of the software design on computer and software design on controller of the system.Software on controller completes initialization,measurement control,data acquisition and communication;software on computer completes data analysis, process and save,calculate PWVs,man-machine interface carry out process control and indexes,waveforms display.(4) Application of the multi-PWV obtation system based on peripheral arterial wave form analysis.Experiment study with the designed multi-PWV obtation system.Details of the design principle and process of the baPWV, cfPWV, hfPWV acquisition,waveforms display of the pulse wave,ECG,PCG obtained simultaneously,and result of the PWVs.
