Study On 3200KW/80KHz Induction Power Supply And Its Question Of Fault

The paper discussed the 1420 product line of the Baoshan steel corp., which was imported from Fuji corp. in 1995.The 1420 product line is the ultra-audio-frequency induction power supply of series resonant type inverter using MOSFET.The power of the power supply is 3200Kw. The basic work theory, power modulation, and parameter of the circuit and voltage and the main trouble of the apparatus were discussed in theory and practice, the results of the simulation comply well with the practical conditions. The paper filled the blank of the data of the device and adopted some of the measures to diminish the equipment malfunction and provided necessary data for the nationalization of the equipment. The project mainly focuses on:1. Analysis the principle of the 1420 product line on the basis of measure.2. Establish the model and study the influence caused by different induction heating loads to the series resonant inverter electric circuit.3. Analyses the result after simulation on the MATLAB. Analyses the regular failures of the power supply and give propositions.
