Research And Design On Irrigation Canal Management Information System

This paper introduces the research background, requierment analysis of the irrigation canal management information system .This paper researches two fields on the syetem:one filed is applied research of' object oriented method,including using UML to analyze and design the system, object oriented relation database, object oriented user interface;the other field is applied research of component techonoly,wo give a component layer model, which helps us to control the granularity of component.The research contributes spread meaning and application values to 402 huge irrigation canals in our country .
