Research Of Control Technology Based On Internet

This paper is focused on how to supervise and control the running condition of distant machines. Several methods of realizing distant supervision and remote control are introduced here: Dialing method of MODEM, software programming method of DELPHI, embedded system method based on Internet. Detailed contents include: theories of MODEM, programming of MODEM, communication between PC and MCS51 including local and distant ones, GUI software of PC, and development of realizing remote control of Internet on the basis of the above technologies. A hot topic is also discussed in the final part of this paper: concept, realizing procedure and relevant application of remote control based on embedded Internet. In the system, DELPHI which is a hot visual programming language is adopted, meanwhile, through communication serial port of RS232, communication with MCS51 can be well accomplished by dialing method. Telephone numbers, alert information and data alternation in the system are all stored in databases. Users of this system need ID numbers and passwords to get in the system and change module parameters. The system can control timely modules and performance very welL In the remote control system based on Internet, DELPHI is still adopted. Being added SEVERSOCK control, PC works by the mean of the server application program. On the other side, a client program is also worked out by using CLIENTSOCK control, so that mutual communication can be reached through the communication between the above two kinds of programs. The above system has passed the debugging procedure successfully and will be applied in industrial products of a manufacture. The main contents are included in this paper:1) Development perspective and trend of distant supervision and remote control.2) Theories and programming of MODEM.3) Build good communication between upside and downside machines through serial ports by dialing method of MODEM including the design of software and parts of program codes.4) Development of distant supervision and remote control system based on Internet including the design of software and parts of program codes.5) Concept, design theory and method, realizing procedure and relevant application of embedded system.
