Agile Production Scheduling Based On Multi-Agent

The market competition in the future will be continuously changeable andunpredictable. It will be the precondition for enterprise to keep advantage incompetition when facing changeable environment to have the fast adaptive activityand creativity, which is agile. In this new market circumstance how to organize andmanage,including how to organize dynamic association, reconfigurate workshopproduction unit, arrange manufacture, and how to schedule will be the main problemthat corporation should face. In such environment this paper containing newestresearch result of multi-agent in the field of computer and AI, uses the multi-agenttechnology in the resolution of agile production scheduling, expecting to provide auseful exploration in actual resolution in production scheduling.The main results of this paper are as follows:1,Systematically analyzed the multi-agent technology, with deep research inthe basic theory of multi-agent system, and specific research in the operation ofmulti-agent, including communication and mutual pact, and one improvement in theContract Net Protocol.2,Gave one consultation level analysis on how to find enterprise partners ofvirtual enterprise, building dynamic database, adding multi-consultation steps tomake enterprise association cooperate more tightly, to find mutual win betweencompanies.3,Gave a new intermediaries agent to add trustful management of virtualenterprise in agile manufacture based on multi-agent.4,Deeply analyzed the manufacture and the scheduling system and particularintroduction on the communication and co-ordination between agents in MASS levelsystem. And gave a message report mechanism in this system to promote operationefficiency.5,Educed the concept of enterprise agile manufacture management and usedproject management software-Project Server 2003-in the enterprise production, notonly getting nice efficiency inside enterprise, but also enforcing communication andtask-intercourse between virtual companies.
