This paper studies on the development using and relevant technique of mail vocation Office Automatization information integeration. Its engineering background is a practical colligation operation Office Automatization System which is explored for HeiLongJiang mail storing and collecting bureau.At the beginning of the article,there is the analysis on OA actuality of mail storing and collecting bureau. Each department of mail storing and collecting bureau have all generally equipped with computers, and all have explored each transaction processing application system, what has increased the OA efficiency of each department at a certain extent. But due to the technique limitation of the time, the systems which face to each department's interior transaction processing have no uniform standard, and each dose things in his own way, who is difficult to integrate. Though there has built the computer net within the whole bureau, each unit still dose things in his own way, and can't actualize information share and integration, thereby it is difficult to implement high efficiency cooperation among each units.Secondly, it indicates that mail storing and collecting bureau must constuct advanced OA information system in order to transform OA and management system radically. It needs advanced and functional applied exploration platform which means the adopted exploration platform should adapt developed trend of computer net to be propitious to increase management and OA efficiency, to accelerate cooperation among each unit, to establish modern management system and working fashion. Lotus Notes becomes the applied exploration platform of mail storing and collecting bureau OAS.Thirdly, in order to effectively communicate and change between OAS cooperation result with enterprise transation processing application system and to increase enterprise integration working efficiency, between the OAS and transation processing application system designed in the paper,there is the data port to implement nonsew connection between OA software and enterprise transation processing application system(i.e.financial system,bank management system.ect.) .Through OA data port, the whole working flow implememts automatically exchanging data with existing enterprise transation processing application system,communicating information,and greatly increases decision-making ability of enterprise integer official business work.Finally,it discusses the designing project and functioning implement of the system.The researching of OA information integration system in this paper has been applied successfully and gained well application effect, and greatly increased management level and official efficiency inside the enterprise. It has broadly engineering application foreground.
