Presently, enterprises have done much in the accepts of customers and product maintenance. The most primary and direct guidance is the product maintenance manual. However, the guidance is not flexible and hard to understand and look it up. Besides, the information is updated slowly or is not updated at all. So the customers face many difficulties in product maintenance. With the development of the enterprise information and technology, it provides new opportunities and environment for product maintenance and makes it easy for enterprises communicating with customers in different regions. It has the characteristics of real-time, correctness and visualizing. The product maintenance based on network and long-distance fault diagnose technology have been hot topics of research. And they are the most effective ways to solve the problems in the product maintenance.This dissertation researches the relating technologies of product long-distance maintenance guiding system. They include the framework of product long-distance maintenance guiding system, fault diagnose, automatically making of maintenance technics, the query of information and the visual leading. According to B/S model, the author puts forward system structure of product maintenance guiding system based on network. The dissertation introduces the main technologies for the realization of maintenance guiding system, the data structure of product fault and order of disassembly and assembly, and the way to get the preliminary data. It also presents the method of decision-make tree for fault diagnose. It emphasizes the realization of product fault diagnose, the order of disassembly and assembly and query of information. The author also developed a maintenance guiding system taking the Car Door Locking System as an example. |
