With the development of modern economy,elevators becomes an essential tool for people's going upstairs and downstairs.As of 2017,the total amount of elevators in the whole country is more than 4.94 million units,and the number of elevators which will go into service is keeping increasing year by year.Due to the fact that the way of monitoring by the public social media is updating,once there is an accident,it can cause serious negative influence for the whole society.However,the maintenance quality and customer satisfaction of some maintenance companies are lower and lower.In recent years,the elevator accidents happened endlessly.According to this,our company explores a new mode of maintenance from the traditional way by developing a set of maintenance system to standardize the daily maintenance of elevators and improve the quality of elevator's maintenance and customer's satisfaction,so as to improve the quality of elevator operation.The Thyssen Elevator Maintenance Management System is mainly formed by several modules,including operational information of elevators,staff management,contract management,maintenance plan and fault management.It introduces the whole process of maintenance in detail.The core modules are maintenance plan and fault management,which are also two major parts of our daily work.In the module of maintenance plan,the system will immediately send a dispatching email to the designated maintenance worker after the supervisor establishes the project plan.Once the worker log into his account,he will see all the assigned tasks of this month.When he is dealing with his maintenance according to the plan,he can find the maintenance items for which the elevator needs to be checked in the system.Those items are automatically generated according to the supervisor's plan.The maintenance report can be also automatically generated after the worker finishes recording his working and submits it in the system.It plays an important role in our daily work.The maintenance plan prevents the possible situation that nobody follows and tracks the plan that has been made.If the elevator goes wrong,the worker will receive a repairing call from the customer,and he will record and submit the information in the system.Then an urgent email will be sent to the related technician by the system.Once the technician finishes the repairing work,the result can be also seen by supervisors through the system.Thus the response to the fault of the elevator is speeded up.Through this way,the fault information can be counted to form a diagram,providing reference for decision-makers when analyzing the causes of the fault.The system combining with the with the practical situation of our company's business and adopting Eclipse as a development software and MySQL as the database,incorporates with the field maintenance business of our company,so as to provide powerful basis for building a paperless office,simplify working process,and improve work efficiency.
