A monitor system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the steel tube has been studied in this paper. And we design a monitor system of steel tube testing,in which the steel tube testing is automatic and intellectualized. In this paper, first of all,we discuss the basic theory of the two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing, which is the basic of the design of "the monitor system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the steel tube " .We also discuss some distributing characteristic about the magnetic field in the magnetic flux leakage testing. Then we introduce the whole configuration and capability of the two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment. From the capability view, the whole testing system can obtain automatic and intellectualized testing effect. The testing is implemented by the computer so exterior signal, which are be controlled and processed, must be input the computer by HY6070 A/D conversion card. We discuss the signal processing about the interface signal in detail in this paper. The emphasis of this paper is the design of the monitor system of the steel tube testing. The monitor system bases on the Windows. The difficulties of the whole system design are the design of the pit judgment arithmetic, the writing of the HY6070 VXD,the design and operation about the database. The three difficulties have been studied in detail in this paper. In addition,we study the digital signal processing in the testing system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage. We also discuss some simple filter arithmetic.
