In the current electricity supply shortage, as main power supply, the thermal power plant annually provides about 63% electricity that the whole national consumption every year. However, because of the poor manufacturing quantity and the unscientific management, the safety and cost-effective of the thermal power plant is influenced seriously by the tube explosion and leakage. In order to decrease and prevent the incidents happening,and to improve the boiler tube inspection quality,it is very important for us to search for an quantitative inspection method and develop an effective apparatus for testing boiler tube. Power station boiler tubes for corrosion defects in security, rapid detection of the actual needs of the development of a set of digital magnetic flux leakage testing equipment.This article first briefly introduces the method of pipeline inspection technology, meaning, based on magnetic flux leakage pipe inspection device components and functions, work processes, combined with today's DSP processing data signal acquisition card and other hardware devices, discusses the design of the hardware system boiler .Secondly, the significance of magnetic flux leakage data analysis and software system functions start. Using the dynamic link library DLL interface functions , file systems , multi-threaded processing speed and the advantages of setting up multiple read data buffer address for data reading and displaying slow problem.
