In this paper we discusses magnetic flux leakage testing of plate. We research the design of magnetization device and recognition of vice. We also research programming of the monitor system of magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the steel plate.Above all, we discuss the basic theory of magnetic flux leakage testing in this paper and the theory of finite of element. We also introduce the application of the finite element in analysis of electromagnetic and the use of the software of ANSYS, which is a software about finite element. We analyze the magnetic field and its distributing characteristic, and the leakage magnetic field of vice and its distributing characteristic, with ANSYS.Then we research the design of magnetization device and the recognition of vice. We also research the analog signals and digital signal processing in order to eliminate noise, disturb and A/D conversion. We also discuss some simple filter arithmetic.At last we discussed the characteristic of operation system of Windows 95. Research the programming of HY6070 VxD and the monitor system based on the Windows.The emphasis of this paper is the design of magnetization device, the recognition of vice, the programming of the monitor system of the steel plate testing based on the operation system Windows 98 and analog signals and digital signal processing.
