A visual monitor system of high-speed magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the oil and gas tube has been studied in this thesis. And we design a monitor system of steel tube testing based on the principle of two-dimension magnetic flux leakage testing, in which the steel tube testing is automatic and intellectualized.In this thesis, first of all, we discuss the basic theory of the two-dimension magnetic flux leakage testing, which is the basis of the design of our magnetic flux leakage testing equipment .We also discuss the mutual relationship between some parameters of the flaw and the magnetic leakage signal.The establishment of the magnetic flux leakage model is the prior condition to proceed quantitative analysis. In this thesis, we introduce two kinds of methods to establish magnetic flux leakage model: the method of magnetic doublet and the method of finite element. And we also introduce some signal processing technologies which are often used in magnetic flux leakage testing and flaw distinguish algorithm in our system.The emphasis of this thesis is the design of the monitor system of the steel tube testing. The monitor system is based on the Windows OS. The difficulties of the whole system design are: design of the interface; programming of the VxD for the HY-6070c A/D card; design of the pit judgment arithmetic; design and operation about the database. All of the difficulties have been studied in detail in this thesis. Moreover we bring up the method, that is let supervise and control testing and database manage to be shared by two computers in LAN. From the capability view, the whole testing system can obtain the effect of automatic and intellectualized testing.
