With the rapid development of communication, space science, and the earth observe, the shape precision control of mesh shape antenna reflector at orbit has become one of the major developing trends of modern space technique. Space organizations all of the world pay more and more attentions to this promising technology.This paper combines the nonlinear finite element method analysis with the smart structure and the H~. Mixed-Sensitivity control method. Build the more actual model of the large mesh shape antenna reflector's online control. Using technical of the three-dimensional coordinate conversion, solve the problem that the already existing software can't be applied to the adjustment directly. The automatic transformation between the measures coordinates and the modeling coordinate is realized. As the open-loop system is singular, we use the Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMI) method to obtain the controller. The emulation result shows that the close-loop system has a good system performance and also has an excellent robust performance.
