| Electrization,Automation and Integration are irresistible general trend of the development of modern logistical industry.They are also objectives that the logistical industry is eager to realize in china.Aimming at the critical demands and kernal proccess of the enterprises engaged in cargo circulation ?Cargo Distribution,my interest is focused in the application of the cargo distribution auxiliary system based on GPS,GSM and GIS.This system has been applized in some enterprises.The main topics of this paper are as follows: Researched the actuality of circulation industry and the relation between circulation enterprises ERP and cargo distribution auxiliary system ,summerizied the actuality of cargo distribution auxiliary system, and proposed two critical problems in the system design: first, how to realize extensibility that make system adapte different requirments in all kinds of enterprises in circulation industry;second, by wireless media, how to make strong communication between computers.Then we provide solutions to these two problems. Introduced the design thinking, frame principle,architecture and function of this system, Mobile Unit,Network Control Center,Operation Control Center is included in function design. Demonstrated the key technical challenge:the design of wireless communication interface in cargo distribution auxiliary system. Elucidated the design thinking of protocol, presented the kernel content ,discussed the key technologies adopted in this project,at last, pointed out the key technical problems and provided their solutions. Expounded the design of communication protocol of cargo distribution auxiliary system,including design purpose,function requirments, protocol architecture and data fomat. The design of communication is a complicated job, I am one of kernel members in this team engaged in this job.Finally,on the basis of summarization of this paper,the farther developments about this system is discussed.
