The online take-out industry has developed rapidly under the Internet environment.Competition among the take-out vendors has become fierce.“Ensuring delivery quality and improving distribution efficiency” has become an effective way for take-outs to gain competitiveness.However,in actual operations,it will increase costs burden with the quality of distribution services improved.Take-out delivery has become more flexible with the further development of the take-out platform.Take-out merchants can choose the following delivery modes: platform distribution,self-owned distribution,and crowdsourcing distribution.Merchants that have settled in third-party take-out platforms are often unable to make comprehensive surveys of all types of distribution modes when they choose take-out logistics mode.Therefore,it is one of the most urgent problems for scholars to establish takeaway distribution mode selection model that can assist merchants in the decision-making.This thesis begins with the process of merchants take-out delivery services,analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of various types of take-out logistics distribution modes.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems existing in the selection of takeaway distribution modes and the solutions of the problems.The thesis analysis from three aspects,considering the solutions from previous article.First,the research needs to take a look at recent years' industry reports,visit take-out merchants,ask industry experts and other forms to investigate the influence of the quality of service delivery,with reference to the existing logistics service quality model,taking account factors such as distribution service time,distribution operation reliability,and distribution service level into consideration,the delivery service quality evaluation index is determined.A distribution mode selection model based on the delivery service quality is established.And the method for obtaining data required by the model is given in the article.Second,the research needs to analyze the distribution cost structure under different distribution modes.According to the analysis results,the distribution cost function with monthly average order quantity as the independent variable is established respectively,and a mode selection model based on the delivery cost of the delivery logistics is constructed.The three delivery modes are examined by the service quality and cost.In addition to the above content,this thesis takes J restaurant as an example for case study.First,the thesis analyzes the current take-away delivery status of J restaurant and uses the matrix graph decision method to analyze the choice of J take-away distribution mode.In the second step,the research collects questionnaires on the satisfaction of customers with logistics service quality,the reliability evaluation data of different delivery modes,and timely delivery rate under different delivery modes in the area where J restaurant is located.Combining with the distribution mode selection model based on the delivery service quality,J restaurant will evaluate the delivery quality of three different delivery modes.Then the study collects data on the cost of the three different distribution modes in the area where J restaurant is located.These data are applied to the distribution cost function to compare the cost differences in different delivery modes.In this study,the distribution service quality and distribution cost are combined,and a reasonable distribution mode is given.The result of model is the same as the distribution mode selected by J restaurant right now,which indicates that J fast food stores should maintain the existing distribution mode in order to get the best delivery service quality and the lowest delivery cost.And the model gives the distribution mode that J fast food stores should choose when the order quantity changes.
