The Application Of IPC Control System In Die-casting Machine

With the rapid development of manufacturing, in the casting yield the castings with higher quality and precision are required. Compared with the high technology in the developed country, casting technology in our country is still far behind. Being faced with such condition, the Technology Council of Country set up "die-casting machine of Jl 1280 type system" as key problem of "eight-five" project.In this disgree paper, IPC is adopted to realize its control system ,hardware circuits are designed and control software is compiled .In order to improve the quality of the casting products, it is proposed that die-casting speed-the important parameter should be controlled with fuzzy control theory. The results of computer simulation show that this control method is feasible in practice.After this project is finished and put into practice, good economical benefit has been achieved , in the same time, it satisfied the requirement of the users.
