With the developing applications of aluminum alloy, our nation and society requires higher quality alloy. It has been found that incorporating ultrasonic-physics into the casting of aluminum alloy has a high potential to increase quality and fabrication efficiency. This method is the key to the ultrasonic power, and the performance of ultrasonic power is related to the quality of aluminum alloy processing. The load of the power is the ultrasonic transducer and its inherent parameters will be affected by a variety of factors. As a result, the ultrasonic power cannot track the resonant frequency and the transducer will consequently malfunction. Therefore designing a good ultrasonic power, which can automatically track the transducer resonant state, is the research emphasis in this paper.By analyzing the impedance characteristics of ultrasonic transducer, and comparing the various characteristic frequencies of transducer, it has been decided that choose the series resonance frequency as the work frequency for the system, and using the dynamic inductance matching for tuning matching of the trancducer. Using high-frequency transformer for impedance matching, and design the high-frequency detailedly.According to the demand indexes and performance of the design, by comparing various options, this paper determine to use single-phase uncontrollable full bridge rectifier, BUCK chopper circuit and MOSFET full bridge inverter circuit as the main circuit topology structure, then calculate the parameter of the main circuit and select the electronic components. This paper use DSP as the main controller.Through analyzing various indicators of transducer resonant conditions, we select the current RMS as the judge of the resonant conditions. The resonance frequency will drift when the transducer working in the aluminum liquid,and the change of resonant current effective value is small, according to this characteristics, this paper design the sweep add adaptative-fuzzy control to track resonance frequency efficiency.Simulation and experimental results show that the output waveform of ultrasonic power meet the demand indexes and requirements, by using sweep add adaptative-fuzzy control method, the power can track resonance frequency efficiency, make the transducer keep working eddicient for a long time, ensure the smooth progress of aluminum alloy processing.Figures(47),tables(6),references(62).
