The Design And Application Of An Intelligent Decision Support System

Decision support system is the newest field in the study of information system. It is an integrated system from computer technology, artificial intelligence, management science, decision science, psychology, behavioral science and control theory, and it is now an important subject in the application of system engineering and control theory.Based on the above, the author made a good study on the intelligent decisions of equipment management and equipment evaluation, and designed and developed an intelligent decision support system with the method of comprehensive fuzzy judgment. The administration of enterprise is systematized. The experts' experiences can be turned into operation in practice by quantification, cluster, measure and judgment of the experiences.The new methods and ideas of the dissertation:(1) At present, it is the first in our country that IDSS has been in practical use in equipment management on the hydroelectric power plant.(2) The system has been successful with the method of the comprehensive fuzzy judgment, which is applied to IDSS. Therefore, the qualitative questions are turned into quantitative analysis.(2) The model of the judgment explanation is desigm-d, so the sys:eir. car.provide the results of decision support in Chinese. (4) The system has alarm of changing grade in order to ensure reliabilityof the equipment judgment.(5) The dissertation presents some new thinking about testing and verifyingweights and math model from the development of the system. The equipment management and IDSS systems were proved to be effective in the actual application in the power plant. Designing the equipment management and IDSS systems is a useful practice to improve the level of enterprise management in modernization and capability of scientific decision-making.
