In recent years, the technology in aviation and spaceflight is rapidly developing inour country. Every year, there are dozens of satellites being launched. Along with thedevelopment in spaceflight control, control system demands higher and highercommunication ensure. But in test mission, the problem that the degree ofcommunication command automatization is low will directly becomes a bottleneck thatrestricts the quality and benefit of communication ensure. The communication networkterminals in a certain control center lack a sort of necessary means of automaticallymonitoring and controlling for channels' quality and state, automatically switching forcommunication lines. These increase the workload of operators and make the operationdelay high. And communications commanders can only qualitatively in some degreespeculate the quality and state of communication channels. All these severely affect thequality and benefit of communication in test missions. The system of multiple data linkstesting and channels switching is namely designed to solve these problems.This paper deals with the design of this system. Firstly, according to the missionsthat the system must finish, the connection diagram of the system is drawn, and theusages of each module in diagram are introduced. Subsequently, the principle andcapability of the system hardware are discussed, and some hardware is come true anddebugged. Finally, the work flow charts of the system are drawn, which establish thebases of the system main program and hardware driver.
