A Study And Implementation Of Signaling System In ATMUAE

Based on ATM, B-ISDN can transfer the information of various services in a unified mode,, which represents the trend of communication network. The techniques used in B- ISDN have been extensively studied, and ATM signaling system plays an important role. Combining with two research subjects, ATM signaling system and its key technique, the Call/Connection Control module, is analyzed and designed in RTOS. This module has solved the problem that the protocol stacks for ATM signaling system defined by ITU-T cannot be used directly in the ATM equipment due to the lack of some necessary functions of call and connection control. In addition, the paper also studies the internal communication mechanism in ATM UAE, and realizes it on MPC86OSAR CPU.
