Research And Development Of Electronic Data Exchange

The topic of this thesis is The Application of CRM in Modem E-Business. CRM is the abbreviation of Customer Relationship Management. It is a new management model, which could make prime revolution of the management of corporation. On the other hand, E-business is widely used, which make the business process of the corporation use more digital data through new communication technology and computer technology in order to high efficiency and low cost. Both of CRM and E-Business must apply the modem communication technology, computer technology and management technology, which is the focus of international science and technology research. So, how did we work on CRM and E-Business in this thesis? First, we studied the E-Business, basal theory of CRM and many application solutions of the corporations. Then we brought forward an E-Business framework that is based on three-layers software system architecture and the development model based on the web server. After we had holden those basic theory and architecture of E-Business, we designed and developed two modules of our model-"TrackingTool"and "the Internet Search Engine Based on Web Server" The "TrackingTool"is a software tool which can record the message of the login users of the advertisement on web site. When a user visits an advertisement banner on a web page, this module will get his IP and write to a web file. The tool can automatically make the statistic of those users'message every day. The module adopted three-layers software system architecture based on web server. In order to get high system efficiency, we have used the C language on UNIX to develop the system. In order to provide a high-powered infonnation search engine to the customer and corporation manager, we developed the "the Internet Search Engine Based on Web Server" It can gather the information on Internet and has searching tool to help the user to find the appropriate information. The module adopted M/V/C pattern to design software system and make the interface and controller and model separated. Such design has increased the expansibility and flexibility of the system. In order to high portable, we decided to use Java language on Windows NT to complete the module. After developing work, we have finished the portable testing on UNIX and Linux.
