| AbstractEngine test-bed experiment is the main means of testing the performance of engines. Its level of automation and control precision affects the tested data's collection and analysis directly. To insure control precision in the manufacture and scientific research, and to improve the level of automation, it is the trend of development to apply the computer measurement and control system for engine test-bed experiment.On the base of the developing condition about the engine test-bed experiment, we develop the new type of computer measurement and control system based on virtual instrument techniques. The system, which is a real-time controlling system with the computer, provides a new, flexibility and high efficiency means for the structure design, principle research and performance test.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of the computer measurement and control system for engine test-bed experiment. Aiming at the important problem in the experiment, it analyses the structure, working principle and the performance of the system in particular, and discusses the development at the hardware and software design. At the same time, it also discusses the anti-jamming measure. Based on the general and flexibility of the system, it has the function of adjusting the engine's speed automatically, and completing the process of the data acquisition and analysis. So the work of noting the data and drawing the graph is made simple. And it can save time and manpower, increase the productivity and improve the working condition.The practical application proves that the new type of computer measurement and control system for engine test-bed experiment possesses strong flexibility and expandability. |
