Abstract/Summary:
In1928, German Paul Schmidt started designing ramjet engine. This designe was used to enerateV-1cruise missile by Nazi Germany afterwards. The ramjet engine supply power resources for thecruise missile, and chiefly consists of three sections: air-inlet pipe, blast chamber and propulsivenozzle.The overall structure not at all needs the complex gas booster which highly circles, and this is thelargest advantage of ramjet engine.In course of the engine development, experimental study is a basejob. The level of engine development is determined by the efficiency of the test facility in the very greatdegree. The success of an engine through design to manufacture needs a series of tests, corrects againand again. The ramjet engine test facility is the research platform for engine development, and fulfils thedemand of test condition through simulating parameters such as pressure, temperature along with rate offlow and so on.Since closeer year, with the advance of measuring instrument technique, computer technology,automatic control theory and communication technology, the measurement and control system forengine test innovate technically. Not only original mannal operation improves into the automation, butalso data acquisition frequency and control accuracy enhance continuously, causes measurement andcontrol system to spread in ramjet engine test facility widely. This dissertation meet the demand ofdesign and construction for test facility, has carried on the reforming construction of measurement andcontrol system, passed through examination and acception, the realization project is used.The test facility consists of: incoming gas system, heating and exchange system, exhaust system,water supply system, oil feeding system and so on. Measurement and control system adapt two-partmanagement model. One part is upper computer that has installed interface program, take charge ofinterface display and data communication between two parts.Another part is lower computer (real-timecontroller), and is in charge of administeing all equipments and parameters at field, along with receivescontrol instruction from upper computer and so on. Joined thought ethernet line, two parts ommunicatin accordance with TCP/IP protocol.Entire system has the ability of manual/automatic control,parameter measurement, valve state display and log, parameter overrun alarm and so on.The dissertation is designed by means of the systematic total scheme, has completed the hardwarechoosing, the circuit design, software programming along with man-machine interface, and has passedthrough examination and acception by off-line and online test, finally the system meets the performanceof control ability and parameter simulation, and gos into the project application phase.
