| In this paper, DEA method was applied to efficiency analysis of the technoconomic indexes of ZhuJiaBaoBao Iron Mine, and the application of composite DEA method in factor analysis of factors influencing production cost of the mine was explored. Besides, Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) was applied to statistical breakdown of the mine data. The correlations between the technoconomjc indexes of the mine were found out by partial correlation analysis, the consistency of three ore blending data sets was determinated by statistical test. Some valued results were achieved. They are effective on optimizing techno? economic indexes, on improving management and economic benefit. Ore blending is important in production of ZhuJiaBaoBao Iron Mine. In the paper, the author conducted system analysis of realistic ore blending system of the mine,and applied objectriented programming under the WINDOWS as well as Visual C++6.O to program computerized ore blending simulation system. The program not only specifies the production plan, but also compares the multichemes of ore blending. It can overcome the shortcomings of manual ore blending, and is beneficial for consistency and stability of ore degree and grinding & separating performance. It can make ore blending work stepping toward scientification and modernization.
