Frog visual behavior and computer simulation belongs to the machine vision, machine vision is also called computer vision. Computer vision is an important branch of computer science and AI. Its research includes two aspects, first is how to realize the human vision by computer; second is to help understand the mechanism of human vision. The computer vision not only concerned the computer mathematics optics neurophysiology, but also other social science.Nowadays, most of computer vision schools are about reconstruction, the method of them is to build up the math model and reconstruct the outside object. However, with further study, the computer vision, which is based on the complicated math model, has met the problem. This paper tries to do some basic research on the simple vision, and through the study on the amphibian animals' vision, we hope it can present the computer vision some new clue.First this paper introduces the home and abroad research status of the frog visual behavior, and discusses several successful engineering applications in which some neural network has been used.The author has collected a great deal of valuable materials about frog visual behavior. The visual characteristic of amphibian such as frog has been studied which includes the structure of frogeyes and the retina ganglion cell. Also the visual path of frog and the corresponding area of the vision in the brain have been studied.Based on the former work of other scientists, the three the visual behaviors have been discussed and concluded in this paper. Acquisitive behavior Escape behavior Visual barrier avoidance have been described in detail as well as the recognition between the prey and predator.The author has discussed the corresponding area in the frog brain, which has very important function. In term of the control mechanism between TP and Te, possibly, this special control method will provide the control theory some spark.Based on the research and conclusion of the frog visual behavior, in term of the control mechanism among the TP, Te and Endbrain area , the author has done a detailed system analysis and use the computer 3D to simulate the frog vision behavior. This kind of visual behavior model could be taken as a good reference to study theformation of the vision and its characteristics.
