According to sociological principles and methods, this study explains the interaction between teachers and students during the teaching procedure. It is mainly from microcosmic point of view to research the general rule of the interaction.. The interaction is an important section of the class. Since the school education is achieved through the interaction between teachers and students, searching the interaction has both theoretical value and practical significance. This study analyzes the elements that effect the interaction of middle school classes, mainly from theories, the summarization of literatures and questionnaire researches.Main contents: (1) Introduction:to research the purpose and signification of interaction.(2)The theories revision:mainly use the symbolic interactions, social exchange theories, confliction theories, and structure function theories to research the interaction. They point out the disadvantages of the existing research and the innovation of this study. (3) The elements that effect the interaction of class:through the questionnaire researches between teachers and students, research the peculiarities of excellent teachers and students and their affections to the interaction of the class. Study the differences of interaction and the affections between men teachers and women teachers in the class from the view of sexual sociology. Study the different behaviors of different students from the view of the teaching subjects and analyze the differences of teachers and students during the interaction from the differences of liberal arts science. From the mental atmosphere of the class we can see that during the three classes that we have chosen, better mental atmosphere can lead to better interaction between teachers and students, and the teachers will be more satisfied with them. (4) Conclusion and prolongation:the elements that effect classes mainly are class atmosphere, views of teachers and students, class mental atmosphere, sex of teachers and teaching subjects, and so on. We can arrange the elements as follow:views of teachers and students, class mental atmosphere, teaching subjects, sex of teachers. To the interaction of the class, these elements have certain affections.
