The management level of administration and ability of administration staffs determine the competitive capacity of universities. The performance appraisal of administration is a weakness in universities now. This article emphatically studies the performance management of administration in universities.With the reform and development of higher education deepening, the role of administrative personnel in colleges and universities looks more significant and, in some degree the high or low level of management determines the development of a college or university.Therefore it is very vital to strengthen the accomplishment cheek-on of administrative personnel, enhance the quality of administrative personnel, stimulate their work enthusiasm, and improve their work efficiency. From the situation of the personnel system reform is our Present colleges and universities, to set up the Post is a premise, employment is a key, allocation is a means and check-on is a guarantee. Although the idea of reform and development is clear, There is much scarce of management means and technology in modern personnel resources. Especially with the reform deepening, the requirements of standardization, systemization and scientization on check-on become more and more high. In colleges and universities, the administrative personnel are very special people. Owing to the uncertainness and complication of jobs, it is more difficult to check on their work. This article, from the angle of theory and practice, completely analyzes the accomplishment check-on of administrative personnel in colleges and universities, and probes in details into the theory foundation of the accomplishment cheek-on, the quality requirements of administrative personnel, the present cheek-on situation of administrative personnel and its exiting problems and relevant reasons, index system design, the set-up of cheek-on standard, the choice of cheek-on technologies, the enforcement of cheek-on plan, and the feedback of cheek-on result. On the basis of the above, this article puts forward to suggestions and solutions of strengthening the accomplishment check-on of administrative personnel in colleges and universities.
