| Non-state Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China proposes that,non-state education is a public welfare undertaking and an integral part of socialist education.As a carrier of non-state education,private colleges and universities play an important role in personnel training.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the continuous updating and adjustment of the industrial structure,and the further increase of social demand for higher education,affected by many factors,private colleges and universities are facing many problems,such as the loss of administrative personnel,and the low management level.Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Encouraging and Guiding Private Capital's Entry into the Education Sector and Promoting the Sound Development of Private Education(No.10 [2012] of the Ministry of Education)clearly points out that it is necessary to improve the level of management and service of non-state education.Then,how to improve? The administrative personnel,as an important part of the organization,undertake important management functions.Their management and service level directly affect and determine the management and service level of private colleges and universities themselves.However,the increasingly prominent phenomenon of Job Burnout greatly hindered the working effect of administrative personnel and the operation and development of the organization.This paper aims at the problem of job burnout of administrative personnel in Chengdu private colleges,combining theoretical research with empirical research,on the basis of literature research,the research hypotheses were put forward: H1:The phenomenon of job burnout of administrative personnel in Chengdu private colleges supports the three-dimensional theory,H2:On the demographic variables,there are differences in the three dimensions and influencing factors of administrative burnout,H3:The influencing factors of job burnout: social factors,organizational factors,individual factors are related to the three-dimensional degree of administrative personnel's job burnout.Through the questionnaire survey data collection,relying on SPSS software to analyze the data,we can draw the conclusion and verify the research hypotheses: the subjects in the three dimensions of job burnout show different levels: the level of emotional exhaustion dimension is higher,depersonalization dimension belongs to moderate burnout,and the level of low personal achievement dimension is lower.The independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to verify that there are differences in administrative staff's job burnout according to demographic variables.By using correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is verified that social factors,organizational factors and individual factors have significant correlation with job burnout,which are the influencing factors of it.Finally,based on the above data research results,from three points of social level,five points of organizational level and five points of individual level,the paper analyzes the causes of job burnout and puts forward countermeasures. |
