Ever since the starting of the educational action, both educational practitioners and educational researchers have trying their best to find a way to get maximum educational achievement by using least educational consumption, and they pay much attention to find the effective educational methods and approach.Kindergarten collective teaching mainly means teachers give class to all the children in the kindergarten, general speaking, it means a approach which the teachers designedly and structured systematically guide the children to get helpful studying experience according to teaching object and teaching content and this collective teaching is marked by the defined object, selected content, strict process, good planning as well as teacher role is very positive. Effective means the methods used to achieve an object which includes efficiency benefit and effect.In this article, the writer analyzes the necessity of this research from two aspects, the first is educator is pursing for effective teaching, the second is the difficulty of kindergarten's collective teaching. Besides that, the writer summarizes the research briefs of the "effective teaching" from many different aspects which includes the definition of the effective teaching, effective teacher, effective educational behaviors, the standard of the effective teaching, the effective teaching strategy and the new development direction of the effective teaching, etc. which provide theoretic supporting and reference for the research in this article.This article, from two angles of the instrumental rationality and value rationality, to illustrate the value of "effective teaching", not only to pay attention to the purpose of teaching and the efficient and effective teaching in the implementation, but also consider the legitimacy issues. Therefore, we need to think from the perspective of effective teaching of collective teaching nursery:the value rationality of teaching goal;the instrumental rationality of teaching method; the complexity of the impact of effective teaching and how to view and use of effective teaching standards. Accordingly, we are on the scene, in-depth teaching activities in kindergartens collective observations, combined with large amounts of data collected, from kindergarten teaching activities of the collective goals of the development of teaching, teachers teaching content selection, handling, teaching organizational forms, methods and teachers the process of teaching management and teacher child interaction, the management of teaching process and the interactive aspects between teacher and children.To various problems among the effective mass teaching in kindergarten, in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching, this thesis will present teaching strategies from the reasonable making of teaching objectives, the teachers'effective treatment of teaching contents, organization process of teaching, management of teaching process, the use of teaching methods, putting questions and the interactive aspects between teacher and children, such as goal statement clear, analytical and research material for teaching content, questions specific, clear and respecting the children's dominant position, etc.
