Research On The Present Situation Of Collective Lesson Preparation Of Kindergarten Teachers

Collective lesson preparation is an important part of kindergarten teachers’ collective teaching activities,and good lesson preparation is the key to good lessons.This study focused on the present situation of collective lesson preparation of kindergarten teachers to understand the present situation of collective lesson preparation of kindergarten teachers,including the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ awareness of collective lesson preparation and the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ implementation of collective lesson preparation.The study used questionnaires and interviews to investigate the collective lesson preparation of kindergarten teachers in Kaifeng,Zhengzhou,Zhoukou,and Xuchang cities in Henan Province and Guangzhou City in Guangdong Province as the main research areas.1349 questionnaires were distributed to investigate the present situation of collective lesson preparation of kindergarten teachers,and data were processed using SPSS.26.0.After analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Awareness level: the overall awareness of collective lesson preparation of teachers is good,and there are significant differences in demographic variables such as teaching age,nature of the school,urban and rural areas,regions,class levels,titles,and positions;(2)Practice level: the process of collective lesson preparation and the evaluation of collective lesson preparation are relatively well developed;the system of collective lesson preparation,the content of collective lesson preparation,and the form of collective lesson preparation are relatively complete,but need to be The time and frequency of collective lesson preparation and the implementation of collective lesson preparation are not guaranteed.Finally,we propose educational suggestions for both kindergartens and teachers in terms of the present situation of collective lesson preparation.
