The teaching aid is not only to assist teachers to carry out the collective teaching activities better, but also enable children to acquire development better, also is the important resources of kindergarten education. Any areas of kindergarten collective teaching activities need to use the teaching aid. If teachers use the teaching aid, they not only can improve the effect of collective teaching activities in kindergarten, but also make the text content of abstract become vivid, and stimulate the interest of children, and enrich the perceptual experience of children’s understanding of things, also can promote the overall development of children intelligence and non intelligence aspects. The use of teaching aid is got attention by the majority of teacher. But in the actual teaching activities, teaching aid has not been used very well, thus affecting the effect of the teaching aid used.The author embarks from teaching aid perspective of the kindergarten teacher use for the study, through the literature method and observation method to collect data and summarize, explore the kindergarten teaching aid used theory.Then the author combines with the observation method and interview method to make a case study on the kindergarten teaching aid application, and finds the characteristics discovers problems, analyzes the causes, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.In this study, specific include the following aspects:The first is the introduction. It is mainly the origin of this topic, related concepts, literature review, research significance, research program etc.The second is to explore the kindergarten teaching aid used theory, mainly includes the kindergarten teaching aid of used of principles, methods, strategies and classification using etc. This content of chapter collects the kindergarten teaching aid using data for analyze and induces, explores the kindergarten teaching aid used theory through literature materials and casual observation to.The third is an example which on practical application of kindergarten teaching aids. Through observing the A kindergarten collective teaching activities and interview the teachers to obtain the first hand data, author finds that the following characteristics:teaching aid various types, a clear purpose of teaching aid application, flexible methods, tending to educe the content of activities use the teaching aid, and after using teaching aid, the teachers pay attention to the introspection. There are also some problems:the strongest phenomenon of impression, have certain reliance on the teaching aid and the audio-visual teaching aid problems. In view of the existing problems, the author analyzes the causes, and the main reasons are:the concept of teachers is biased, lack of preparation work for the use of teaching aid, no reasonable of funding in the teaching aid.The fourth is the advice of improving the kindergarten use teaching aid. First of all, the suggestion for teachers:to set up the correct teaching aid concepts, to improve on the preparation work of teaching aid use, and the attention should be paid to teaching aid presentation and application time and method. Secondly, the advice for kindergarten:to provide teaching aid choices space, to pay attention to teaching aid problem research, to strengthen the scientific management of teaching aid.
