Teaching behavior is the key of the collective teaching in kindergarten. Kindergarten teaching affects the quality of teaching and the implementation effect directly, it is also the basic conditions of the curriculum reform. However, in the teaching practice, the kindergarten teachers rarely focus on their teaching behaviors consciously. In view of this, the study adopts observation and interview to analyse the collective teaching and problems of in the kindergarten teaching and discuss the factors affected the teachers'behavior and provide some suggestions about improving teachers' teaching behaviors.This study adopts stratified sampling method, selecting 40 teachers form 40 kindergartens of ChengGuanqu, Lanzhou and Yongdeng, with the collective behavior in teaching activities as the research object, analysing and discussing teachers'collective teaching behaviors through 60 teaching activities and the random interviews with teachers.Paper mainly consists of three parts:The first Part, analysing kindergarten teachers' teaching collective behavior, such as teaching knowledge, guiding the practice and feedback behavior, to present the situation and the existing problems of teacher's teaching behavior of collective. The second part is briefly analyze the influence factors of teachers' teaching behaviors:the view of teachers' teaching, teachers' knowledge and the practical knowledge , teaching skills, the scale of class , evaluation system and kindergarten culture.The third part providing some suggestions about improving teachers' behavior on the basis of the two parts. The suggestions can be roughly from both internal and external. Internal suggestions is mainly teachers construction, including strengthening the ego self learning and self-reflection. External suggestions is mainly for teachers to provide external support, mainly including the attention of teachers' in-service training and practice with teachers college professional research into "community".This study is trying to enrich the teaching practice of behavior research further, promote teachers' teaching behaviors, to enhance the kindergarten education.
