Country ministry of education announced the Directing Outline In Base Education Course on January 2001. On July the same year, the ministry of education announced The Standard of Geography Education in compulsory education all day (the of experimentation), it is new geography teaching material. How to practice the new geography course is focus of geography teaching specialist and geography teachers. In this passage, under the teaching background of reforming decide to research the geography teaching material in junior high school. Teaching material is made as knowledge the carrier of culture, the compiling of it has own characteristics of region in any area and country. In addition, we compared about the geography《ГАЗАРЗ?ЙⅠ》textbook in the seventh grade of Mongolia and geography textbook for the seventh grade in China published by China People Education Publishing House.The researching of passage experienced the inspection of geography teaching in Mongolia, the interview of specialized teacher and pupil in geography teaching university in Mongolia; practicing of geography textbook in People Education Publishing House. Comparing the geography textbook in seventh grade between China (published by People Education Publishing House) and Mongolia. At last, got the conclusion starting to write the essay. We made use of on—site inspection, the survey method of literature, interview and the comparison etc.In this essay, we compared the choosing of content, structure system, formulation system at geography textbook in the seventh grade of china( published by People Education Publishing House) and Mongolia, got the conclusion above finally. Following as: The first, the identical side:1.In the choosing of content, the content of textbook are in conclude of earth an map, nature geography of world, human geography of world, the geography of continent. 2. In the system of structure, arranged system of textbook in two countries are according of the"basic knowledge—general introduction of geography in the world—classified geography of world". 3. In the system of formulation, the form of manifold program, pay attention to the using of text, picture, activities. The second, different side: 1. pay attention to the content of nature geography in the textbook of Mongolia, pay attention to the suitable ratio of nature and human in the textbook of China. 2. The choosing of classify geography have differences. 3. The structure of chapters and section in the textbook have differences, knowledge level of textbook in Mongolia is more complicated, Chinese textbook is simple. 4. The structure of formulation is different in the textbook of two countries; the design of contents is abundant in Mongolia, also pay attention to summary of chapter. 5. Guided language of teaching aims are more in the Mongolian, compare with this, there is less in the China. 6. The textbook of people education published is pay attention to the picture of starting; the textbook l of Mongolia is pay mare attention to the picture of ending. 7. Thinking task and exercised task can be made as activities in the teaching material of Chinese textbook there can be designed differently and the topic is difference in the textbook of Mongolia.In this passage we discussed about a few conclusions an advanced the some suggestion below: 1. The content of geography textbook should be connect with the social phenomenon of real reflection and necessary of development. 2. Should be increasing the consciousness of continuing developments. 3. Knowledge of nature geography and human geography is suitable ratio and also combined with among the district. 4. Formulation of geography textbook strengthens the interesting and active of language. 5. Should be use different kind of pictures and pay attention to the design of the picture. 6. Should be design the contents of activities.
