In this paper, It compares the personal version of geography textbooks with Taiwan Hanlin version of geography textbooks about the content of" weather and climate ".The paper can further enrich our geography textbook compilation and design theory and can promote cross-strait cultural and educational exchanges. This paper counter the geography text system for the psychology foundation and analysis of two versions of the advantages and disadvantages of geography textbook compilation by expert consultation, literature research, comparative research.And use the inspiration and reference of the inductive method, explore the optimization design method and principle. Finally, using the case method, write a " weather and climate " text system example. Draw the following conclusions:Taiwan Hanlin version of geography textbook chapters focus on students’practical import links. Case refer to the text for life. Training activity texts pay attention to students’ability to analyze, the use of geographic charts. Defects in the geographical concept of the difficulty is too large, too. Knowledge logic system of partial loose. The number of active text less and problem set coherence is not enough.
