| The vocational education, especially secondary vocational education has made rapid development with the 21st century coming which changed the situation of only expanding the scale in the past to the coordinated development of the scale and quality. As an important type of education, it is necessary to develop its own evaluation system of professional competence of teachers to select, evaluate, motivate, train vocational school teachers based on the systems. Building up evaluation system of professional competence of vocational school teachers is also necessary to improve quality and keep sustainable development and enhance the efficient management and professional building of teachers in secondary vocational education.At present, there are many problems in the evaluation system of the professional competence of teachers in the secondary vocational school such as no uniform evaluation criteria, the lack of participation by the evaluators and little qualitative research and quantitative research etc, which has seriously affected teachers'motivation.In this paper, the author first uses interview method to make an investigation and design the evaluation index systems based on the secondary vocational school teachers tasks and the empirical analysis of secondary vocational school teachers and analyzes each of the indicators.And then the author analyzes the effectiveness and credibility of the evaluation index system with SPSS and determines the weight coefficients on the basis of various indicators and obtains a complete index system. The titles and professionals of teachers are different in nature, so the determine of the indicators importance will different too. The different understanding on the same index difference of the different categories of teachers are analyzed and discussed at last.The evaluation system of the professional competence of the secondary vocational school teachers built up in this paper is based on the wide range of reference on the successful existing researches. During the establishment of evaluation standards of professional competence, the existing research result is not only drawn on, but also the views of the majority of teachers are adopted. Secondly, the surveyed teachers participate in the establishment of the system, so the information and data in this paper are accurate and reliable. Thirdly, the index systems focus on a combination of qualitative and quantitative and establish evaluation system of professional competence of teachers by weight order. The conclusion drawn at last can be used for the evaluation and research of professional competence of teachers on one hand and can be used to help teachers with career planning and promote professional building of teachers in secondary vocational schools on the other hand. |
