As an important part of the workforce,vocational school students have always received attention in terms of the quality of their education.Improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating outstanding talents has become increasingly important.In the process of vocational education,the systematic and standardized forms of evaluation for students have a significant impact on the school’s training strategy.This paper refers to existing literature on marketing professional training programs and vocational qualities,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the current status of vocational school marketing major students’ vocational qualities.The problems are analyzed,and a vocational quality evaluation index system for vocational school marketing major students is constructed,making marginal contributions to the cultivation of marketing professionals in vocational schools.In order to diagnose and evaluate the vocational qualities of vocational school marketing major students more objectively and accurately,it is necessary to systematically reflect their developmental levels.To achieve this goal,this paper first formulates an evaluation index system for vocational qualities of marketing major students,which includes 5 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.On this basis,in order to ensure the scientific validity of the indicators,two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were conducted.After obtaining expert opinions,the initial indicators were revised through analysis and integration.To determine the importance of each indicator,this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)for data analysis to obtain the weights of each indicator.Finally,based on the constructed evaluation index system,vocational schools and undergraduate colleges were selected as the investigation objects,and a "Marketing Major Student Vocational Quality Evaluation Questionnaire" was compiled.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and variance analysis method were used to comprehensively evaluate the vocational qualities of marketing major students,and significance analysis was conducted according to different grades,genders,and educational levels of students to test the scientific and practical validity of the index system.After completing a relatively systematic study,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to cultivate students’ vocational knowledge and skills,and improve the evaluation mechanism for marketing majors.
