Strict teacher qualification, improve teachers' quality, and strive to create a noble ethics, business skilled, reasonable structure, dynamic professional teachers team with high quality [2]." teacher evaluation is a favorable guarantee to promote the teacher professional development, optimize the teaching staff and improve the quality of teaching and learning. The teacher evaluation system will directly affect the growth and development of young teachers in the future, positive and reasonable evaluation system will inspire young teachers in advance, teacher evaluation system defects will greatly inhibit the progress of young teachers. This paper focus on Evaluation System of young teachers in secondary vocational, focusing evaluation problems of young teachers, As in the young teachers partial quantitative evaluation method, the lack of development characteristics of young teachers, evaluation of the implementation process, the administrative power is greater than the academic power. According to the particularity of the group of young teachers in secondary vocational, this paper puts forward reasonable solutions in the aspects of the purpose, process, standard and content of teacher evaluation.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, first of all, it clarifies the purpose and significance of the topic. Secondly, define the concept of "teacher evaluation system" and " Young teachers in secondary vocational " in order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the research. Then, summarize the research status of the predecessors. At last, the research content and research methods of this paper is pointed out.The second part, in the form of questionnaires and interviews, some young teachers in secondary vocational are investigated, and the outstanding problems existing in the evaluation system of young teachers in secondary vocational are analyzed. In the third part, the reasons for the problems are analyzed deeply. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the evaluation system of young teachers in our country.
