As long as the popularity of Emotional Intelligence from its concept to its construction then to its measurement, Emotional Intelligence is always the centre of concerns in academic area. So this research will introduce you a new EI questionnaire, compare this new measurement to the classic EIS, and analyze the reality and validity of the two EI instruments. It's easier for university students to be involved in the situation of testing their ability of dealing with problems and conflicts because of the increased competition, the decreased opportunity, the inequality of society and economy; and the abnormity of family, so Psychological Resilience of university students has become the focus of academic researches. This research revised EIQu and RS, probed into their reality and validity in the context of Chinese university, and then examined three psychological factors—Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Resilience, and Self-Congruence. The results indicated that: the reality and validity of EIS is good; the validity of EIQu is good but its reality is not good enough; there is significant difference of EI between sex and achievement, there is significant difference of Psychological Resilience between achievement; the level of Self-Congruence of most university students is low; there is significant difference of Self-Congruence between sex; there are significant correlations between Emotional Intelligence & Psychological Resilience, and between Psychological Resilience & Self-Congruence; Emotional Intelligence and Self-Congruence can predict Psychological Resilience in some degree.
