Understand the pressure of the middle-level skill contestants,and analyze the relationship between the pressure felt by the middle-level skill contestants and their emotional intelligence level and psychological resilience,effectively respond to the problems brought about by the competition pressure,and propose corresponding scientific strategies.Better play the competition for the contestants.This study used the middle school student stress source scale.According to the main psychological characteristics and life experience of the middle vocational skill players,the stressors faced by the secondary vocational skill contestants are divided into seven factors.This study also uses the emotional intelligence scale and the psychological resilience scale to examine the skills faced by the secondary vocational skill contestants.The level of emotional intelligence during stress and the strength of psychological resilience surveyed 201 students who participated in the provincial vocational skills contest within 2 hours after the game.The data obtained from the study showed that in terms of psychological resilience,emotional intelligence and stress,There are obvious differences between the secondary vocational school skill competition players.(1)In terms of overall emotional intelligence,the secondary vocational skill competition players are at the upper-middle level,and there is a certain degree of fluctuation.In addition,the gender of the players and the awards are awarded.The difference in the situation has a significant impact on its emotional intelligence.The performance of girls in emotional intelligence is relatively inferior to those of boys in all respects;those with better awards are obviously at a higher level than ordinary players in all aspects including emotional intelligence.(2)At the level of psychological resilience,the middle vocational skill contest players are generally in the middle of the upper level,accompanied by a certain degree of fluctuation,the same as emotional intelligence,it will also be affected by the player's gender and the level of the award.Normally,male players can perform better than female players in terms of psychological resilience,concentration,and cognitive enthusiasm;players with better awards are generally better in terms of psychological resilience,concentration,and emotional control.Ordinary player.(3)At the level of stress,the pressureof the middle vocational skill contest players is at a medium-to-high level,and there are also certain fluctuations.The pressure of boys is less than that of girls.In view of the above reasons,the author believes that education in secondary vocational schools In the process of using,we must use a variety of methods to train players in reasonable cognitive ability,scientific and reasonable goal setting,and at the same time,enhance the ability of players to fully manage their emotions,and suppress them from the source through the overall improvement of psychological quality.The generation of pressure.
