Co-operative learning is not only an important theme in educational research in the world today, but also China's basic education curriculum reform which is one of three forms of learning Strongly advocated. Curriculum reform advocates that co-operative learning can make teacher professional development. Teachers set up teaching-community in which they help each other to learn. Only in this way can teachers know how to understand the new curriculum. There are significant differences among teachers in the structure of knowledge or wisdom level or ways of thinking and cognitive style, which requires teachers to learn from each other in cooperation so that they can promote development and conduct the education reform. The quality of rural teachers'working and living conditions directly affects the quality of basic education in rural areas. It plays a crucial role that how rural teachers learn and what the quality of education in rural areas.Based on this starting point, this paper comes mainly from the six major aspects. The first part of the paper explicates the basic theory of teachers'collaborative learning.It also clarifies the relevant definitions about teaching community as well as teachers'cooperative learning relevant theory origin. Because this is a study of rural junior middle school teachers, teachers in rural areas and rural areas have also been done a corresponding definition.The second part of this paper analysis a survey about rural teachers'cooperative learning in five middle school of ShenQiu county.In this part, a questionnaire is used supplemented by interviews with individual teachers. It's the main purpose to describe the present stage of secondary education for rural teachers. Based situation of teachers, the survey mainly launches from four aspects:teachers'attitude on cooperative learning, learning content, cooperative learning approach and the influence of teacher learning.The third part of this paper regards North City Center of ShenQiu County as a case to research what's the matter about rural junior middle school teachers in the practice of cooperative learning. The paper analysis cooperative learning in specific approach and study the characteristics of rural teachers in co-operation.The fourth part of the paper gives some strategies on how to organize co-operative learning. The fifth gives an example for teacher co-operative learningThe last part of this paper reflects how to learn for rural junior middle school teachers and puts forward practical recommendations. Generally speaking, this paper attempts to explore the "rural teachers cooperative learning" from theories, approaches, content and other basic-pronged approach.In practice the survey has some reflects on the basis of cooperative learning of rural junior middle school teachers. Also the paper makes recommendations on how to learn from each other.
