| In 2010,the Ministry of Education issued the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020),which raised the task of promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education to a strategic height.As education communicators,teachers’ teaching level directly restricts the level of education.How to give full play to the advantages of high-quality educational resources,how to effectively promote the equity of urban and rural education,and how to improve the quality of teachers have become issues worthy of consideration in the current educational circles.Due to the massive spread of COVID-19 in recent years,offline teacher teaching and research training has been restricted.Considering the current social situation,this study moved teacher teaching and research work to online,built a online teacher teaching community with the help of relevant network development tools and platforms,and promoted the improvement of teachers’ teaching level.Therefore,this study selects the high-quality educational resources provided by the national educational resources platform,takes the e-learning space as the support,takes the urban teachers and rural teachers as the personnel composition,constructs the online teacher teaching community,and carries out the corresponding empirical research.The research can be divided into four parts: basic research,theoretical research,practical research and conclusions.Among them,the basic research is to sort out the relevant research status at home and abroad by using the method of literature analysis;Theoretical research is to interpret relevant concepts and theories;The empirical research includes the investigation of the current situation of mathematics teachers’ teaching level in rural primary schools,Build a teacher teaching community based on e-learning space,and the use of quasi experimental research method to carry out confirmatory experiments;The conclusion is to analyze the application effect of teacher teaching community based on e-learning space.The results show that the teacher teaching community based on e-learning space has remarkable results in improving the teaching level of rural primary school mathematics teachers and promoting the sharing of high-quality educational resources.It provides an effective way for the exchange and communication of educational experience among teachers and a strong impetus for the realization of educational equity. |
