The dissertation is accomplished on the basis of three month field work at Qagan bulak village of Qapqal xibe Autonomous country ,I li Kazak Autonomous prefecture in Xinjiang .Taking Qagan bulak village for example the author tries to discuss the cultural change of Kazak by the methods of self-observing and participant observation etc. The dissertation includes six chapters: The first chapter briefly introduces the past studies and researches as well as the methods used .The second chapter introduces the background of Qagan bulak village .Outlines the development of villages, as well as the status of ethnic relations. The third chapter discuss the change of livelihood mode. The change of agricultural and pastoral system plays a very important role in the cultural change. The forth chapter Kazak means of livelihood analysis of the reasons for change. The fifth chapter discuss the change of life style from the material cultural and spiritual cultural aspects. The six chapter is the conclusion part.
