A learning class which is organized by flat management is constructed on the basis of mutual expectations of the students, teachers and parents, etc. It discovers and solves problems by systematic thinking; it possesses ability for continuing studies and self-administration; it also has a spirit of team working and creative learning. It is a harmoniously developing learning community. Building up learning class has profound practical meaning in complying with the development of modern educational administration, embodying modern administrative trend of senior high school class, meeting the needs for students' overall development and achieving teachers' professional development. Meanwhile, it has significant meaning in improving and enriching theories on modern school class administration and leaning organizations.Through investigation and interviews, it is found that building up learning senior high school class has difficulties in recognition, the quality of the staff and the administrative system, function and ideology. It faces many problems which lie in the externalizations and regularization of the goals of building a class, the stiffening and hierarchical features of class management, the personalization and competition of the leaning process, the formulation of the learning activity and the enclosure and simplification of the construction of class environment.Based on the analysis of the current situation of building up learning class in senior high school, the author, by applying the theory on building up learning organizations, puts forward four major principles: subjectivity, democracy, creativity and open attitude. The following strategies to push on such a class are mentioned: to cultivate class teachers who should acquire ability for continuing learning, to form mutual expectation in order to develop the class by the power of common values, to learn collectively and to probe into study so as to create a new structure of study, to push on self-management and democratic administration, to create a stage for active and common development, to encourage self-promotion so as to stimulate the inner drive force of the class, to improve mentality by applying systematic thinking, to enlarge learning resources and share the studying achievements so to promote the students' wisdom, to form an active and harmonious spirit (such as the spirit of the wild geese which is characterized by the members' cooperation and teamwork) within a class.The author firmly believed that in the process of actively enquiring and exploring the ways to construct learning class, the teachers not only enquire and seek the meaning of their own lives, but also lead our students to "live meaningful lives".
