With the development of the society and the urgent need of the times,educational reform has witnessed continuous exploration and practice. While with thepopularization and application of the idea of learning organization, constructinglearning-oriented schools and relevant researches have become a focus. Butcomparatively speaking, when it comes to the basic learning organization inschools---few researches and practices covered class. Therefore, the construction oflearning-oriented class has already become a tendency. Deeply and systematicallyresearching and constructing learning-oriented class is not only a mere application oflearning organization theory, furthermore, it is an urgent need of constructinglearning-oriented schools and learning-oriented society, which has far-reachinginfluence.The study theoretically analyzed the necessity of constructing learning-orientedclass in senior high schools. To be specific, it is first the need of applying learningorganization theory and also a need of constructing learning-oriented schools andlearning-oriented society. Secondly, traditional management of class has alreadyexposed too many defects. Thirdly, new curriculum has put forward new requirementsfor class. Lastly, Constructing learning-oriented class will be one of the trends of headteacher’s career development.Through questionnaire survey, the study found that Luzhou High Schoolcurrently has following four problems in constructing learning-oriented class. Firstly,with the development of the society and times, the individuality of students hasbecome obvious. Secondly, students are young and ambitious, they have weakimplementation capacity. Thirdly, students have poor communication with theirsurroundings. Fourthly, students has strong individuality, thus lack of team spirit. By means of analyzing and considering the process of constructinglearning-oriented class in Luzhou High School, the study put forward following fourstrategies on constructing learning-oriented class, they are training head teachers inlearning-oriented class, solving problems within class, constructing and perfectingmanagement system of class, testing the achievements of learning-oriented class. Whatis more, the study also introduced SEL teaching as an assistance to constructlearning-oriented class. The introduction of SEL teaching in learning-oriented classconstruction can cultivate the EQ of senior high school students, which is an urgentneed for students’ overall development and also a strong guarantee and an effectiveway of constructing learning-oriented class. |
